Returns are Easy & Free!

We stand behind our products and would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchased items. Please give us a chance to make it right!

Our refund policy lasts 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn and unwashed. It must be in the same condition that you received it.

For faster service, please including your Name, Order Number and Item(s) you wish to return.
A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for your convenience.

Shipping Returns for Item Refund:
1) Print out the prepaid shipping label emailed to you and attach it to the original packaging for return.
2) Reseal the product(s) securely in the packaging to prevent product damage during shipping.
3) Once your return is received, we will issue a refund for the item returned.
***Please note that the original shipping cost of the item(s) is non-refundable.

Should you wish to return your item yourself by purchasing your own shipping, we recommend using trackable shipping. We can not be responsible for returned items that do not reach us.
Please do not send your purchase back to any manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow at least 3-5 business days for refunds to post to your account. The time it takes for the credit to post on your account may vary. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

-Clearance items
-Gift cards
-Downloadable Digital Images
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due
to our error. Defective items are returnable.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
